A 2 bedroom self catering duplex apartment situated on a hillside overlooking the town of Kalkan and surrounding mountains.
It is a 15 minute walk to the supermarkets and 25 minutes to the Bars and Restaurants.It is not recommended for those with walking difficultiesThis is a well equipped apartment spread over 2 floors.
1st floor has a twin bedroom, family shower room, kitchen,dining area and lounge with satalite colour tv. The kitchen is well equip. ped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, kettle and toaster. Leading from the kitchen patio doors open onto the covered patio which has a table and chairs for guests to enjoy the views while eating or just resting.
Upstairs is a landing with washing machine,drier,iron and ironing board. Leading of this is a double bedroom with ensuite shower room. From the landing a door leads out onto the roof terrace which has four sun loungers. Here guests can relax and enjoy the sun and the views below of Kalkan.
The 2 bedrooms and lounge benefit from air condion units. All the windows and doors have mosquito nets and there are mosquit nets over the beds.
There is a large communal pool with sunloungers and a small garden. There is parking for those guests with transport
